Returns accepted within 14 days

Your jewellery doesn't suit you? You can send it back to us within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Conditions

• The piece has not been worn and is in perfect condition.
• It is returned in its original packaging.

How to proceed

1. Write to us at contact@horna.ch with the subject "Return" followed by your order number.
2. We reply with the return address.
3. You send the parcel back. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the piece, we refund the price of the items to your original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged piece or error on our part

If your jewellery arrives damaged or is not the one you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with a photo. We cover the return costs and find a solution: exchange or refund.
