All orders are delivered free of charge in Switzerland, with no minimum amount.

Timing

Your order is prepared and shipped within 2 working days. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 working days with Swiss Post.

One-of-a-kind pieces

Each piece of jewellery is unique, often available in a single copy. As soon as your order is confirmed, the piece is reserved for you.

Confirmation and tracking

You receive a confirmation email when you order, then a second one when your order ships. If your parcel is late or arrives damaged, write to us via the Contact page: we will find a solution.

Delivery outside Switzerland

For now, we only deliver within Switzerland.

I made a mistake in my delivery address, what can I do?

If your order has not been shipped yet, write to us quickly at contact@horna.ch with the subject "Address error" followed by your order number, and we will update your details. Once the order has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as possible at contact@horna.ch, with the subject "Order change" or "Order cancellation" followed by your order number. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has been confirmed.
