2. Products

Our jewellery is made by European artisans using natural stones. Every stone is unique: its colour, shades and inclusions may differ slightly from the photos, which is part of its charm. Pieces are often available in a single copy. If a piece is no longer available after you place your order, we will let you know and refund you in full.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Delivery in Switzerland is free.

4. Ordering

The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email.

5. Payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering, by Twint, bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna.

6. Delivery

Timing and terms are set out on the Delivery page. We only deliver within Switzerland. Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed. It is your responsibility to check that the address you entered is correct.

7. Returns

The terms are set out on the Returns page. Swiss law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases: the 14-day period is offered on a commercial basis, under the conditions described on that page.

8. Warranty

Warranty rights in case of defects under Swiss law remain reserved. In case of a defect, please write to us promptly at contact@horna.ch.

9. Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The competent courts are those provided for by law.
