Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means that the jewelry is not in stock at the time of purchase, but is made especially for you after validation of your order. This process guarantees responsible production, without surplus, while offering you unique creations.

Why are delivery times 30-40 days?

During the pre-order phase, each piece of jewelry is made on demand and by hand, especially for you. This artisanal process takes a little time, but we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.

When will I receive confirmation of shipment?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped, with a tracking number to follow your package.

Will the jewelry be available immediately after the pre-order phase?

It is very likely that some jewelry will only be available during the pre-order period. We therefore recommend that you place your order during this phase to ensure you do not miss out on your favorite piece.

How do you guarantee the quality of the jewelry made to order?

Each piece is carefully crafted by experienced craftsmen, using high quality materials. We inspect each piece of jewelry before shipping to ensure your satisfaction.

Delivery

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are free for Switzerland. For the rest of the world, they depend on your destination address and will be displayed when you order.

I made a mistake in my shipping address, what can I do?

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us promptly at contact@horna.ch and we will update your shipping information. Please add in the subject line of your email: "Address error " followed by your order number.

However, if the order has already been shipped and in accordance with our general conditions of sale, no changes can be made to the delivery address.

Can I change my order after I place it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@horna.ch so that we can help you as best we can, however we cannot guarantee its modification once validated.

Put “Order modification” in the subject of your email followed by your order number.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@horna.ch so that we can check whether your order can be cancelled. We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee its cancellation.

Put “Order Cancellation” in the subject line followed by your order number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?

If your package is damaged upon receipt or appears to be lost, please contact us immediately at contact@horna.ch. We will find a suitable solution.

Interview

All our jewelry is made from high quality stainless steel materials, which gives them great resistance and a long life. Thanks to their composition, our jewelry is waterproof , which means that it can withstand water and splashes without losing its shine.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Although our jewelry is designed to last, here are some care tips to ensure its beauty and longevity:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water : Although waterproof, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming or washing your hands, in order to preserve its shine and avoid excessive friction.
  • Avoid rubbing and chemicals : To preserve the finish of your jewelry, avoid repeated contact with rough surfaces or chemicals (such as perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, etc.).
  • Store them in a dry place : Store your jewelry in its box or a soft cloth to avoid scratches and protect its surface.
  • Gentle cleaning : Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to clean your jewelry. Avoid chemicals or abrasives that could alter its finish.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return a piece of jewelry if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return your jewelry to us. Please make sure it is in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

How to make a return?

Contact us at contact@horna.ch for return instructions. Once the jewelry is received and checked, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Put “Return” in the subject line of your email followed by your order number.

Are return costs my responsibility?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Choose a transport method with a tracking number (without a tracking number we will not accept any claims regarding a lost package).

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.
